Yelling: The Cause, The Casualty, The Cure {Review – Kindle Edition} plus free book offer!

Picture this, the phone is ringing, dinner is being made, children from all over the home are calling for mommy and then it happens, the yelling begins. Frustration overcomes us all at some point and if we don’t know how to rein it in, our voices rise and we begin to yell at the most precious people in our lives.

Back in November, I reviewed Lorrie Flem’s book, “Yelling: The Cause, The Casualty, The Cure.” How refreshing it was to learn tips from Lorrie, a former yeller. Her 11-step plan is simple, yet quite effective! After struggling with yelling and reading her book, I began to seek God first and choose happiness and love. I can’t overcome it on my own, but with God’s help, my yelling has subsided.

This great book is now being offered in Kindle format and, on Tuesday July 24th ONLY, it will be FREE through What a great treat to be able to get this for free! It’s a wonderful resource. So, don’t forget to mark your calendar and pick up this amazing book!

Also, Lorrie is having a facebook party that day. Go to Eternal Encouragement’s page between 2-4 pm and 8-10 pm and join in the discussion titled “To Yell or Not to Yell, That is the Question in Parenting.”

So, you might be wondering, did it work…am I cured? Well, I can’t say the yelling monster hasn’t reappeared , but I can say Lorrie’s tips have helped me rein it in. I am a work in progress and I’m thankful to Lorrie for pointing me in the right direction!

I received a complimentary copy of “Yelling, The Cause, The Casualty, The Cure” as part of The Gabby Moms  program through Eternal Encouragement in exchange for my honest review.
